Seahawk Machinery is a Shanghai-based supplier of rubber and plastic processing machinery and an international project solutions partner. Our rubber machinery portfolio includes rubber extruders, co-extrusion lines, salt-bath (LCM) vulcanization lines, rubber and plastic air-conditioning insulation tube production lines, silicone vulcanization lines, rubber hose production lines, and other customized equipment.

Our plastic machinery portfolio includes PE foam tube and rod extrusion lines, CF-RTP pipe production equipment, high-output PE pipe extrusion lines, PVC water supply and drainage pipe production lines, dual-outlet pipe extrusion equipment, PP-R single-layer and composite pipe production lines, and PE-RT underfloor heating pipe production lines.

Through our strong network of specialized manufacturing partners in China, we evaluate each project according to the customer’s product specifications, target production capacity, quality standards, and budget. We carefully manage every stage of the project, including the selection of the most suitable manufacturer, preparation of technical specifications, configuration of machinery and production lines, production monitoring, and pre-shipment quality inspections.

We also provide factory acceptance testing (FAT), coordination of CE conformity documentation and technical documents, international shipping support, installation and commissioning assistance, operator training, spare-parts supply, and after-sales technical support.
