H-XLB-D505x510/DZ2000 vacuum rubber vulcanizing machine has two operation modes: manual and semi-automatic.
This molding machine is equipped with a programmable PLC control system, thus ensuring a stable and reliable operation with a low failure rate.
Equipped with a fully enclosed safety screen and an infrared light curtain protection device, the operation safety is greatly enhanced.
This rubber molding machine features an electric hydraulic proportional hydraulic system with double power, double oil pumps and double motor, allowing it to carry out independent operation.
The vacuum cover design allows for a high degree of vacuum at -700mmHG. This makes the molding machine suitable for hard to form, high precision rubber products.
The rubber vulcanizing machine uses a highly efficient German vacuum pump.
